A unique event is set to take place in the skies above London this summer as the London Red Bull air race sees some of the world's best pilots race each other at speeds of up to 250mph.

In 2007 for the first time ever in London's history, an air race of spectacular speed and agility was watched by thousands of people, and this year the air race is set to stun crowds and wow spectators along the Thames and in the surrounding areas as the air race pilots navigate a challenging course and face forces of up to 10G once again.

Weaving in and out of 20 metre pylons that make up the course, fourteen skilled and daring pilots will compete in this amazing London air race as they swoop by the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf and the Thames Barrier. And given that the race can only be properly seen from specially designated areas, it is no surprise that London Red Bull air race tickets are in hot demand.
