The London to Brighton Car Run returns for its landmark 112th year in 2008, in which a procession of vintage classic cars will make their way from London to Brighton in a grand procession. Car enthusiasts will not want to miss the chance to see the start of a legendary motoring event in the capital, featuring a line up of historic, veteran vehicles.

This year’s event promises to be no exception, with a line-up of beautiful automobiles ready to journey out of the Big Smoke towards the sea.
On display on Regent StreetOver 100 vintage machines will be on display in Regent Street on Saturday 3rd November, giving demonstration runs from Regent Street to Berkeley Square. The following day will see the actual car run itself, beginning at Hyde Park at sunrise, approximately 6.58am.
See the carsOver 500 cars in total are expected to take part in the London to Brighton Car Run, including 95 international entries. All vehicles are pre 1905, making their way along the A23 in a 60 mile journey. Before hitting the motorway the cars will weave their way through London, guaranteeing a sight to remember on the roads of the capital. The London to Brighton Car Run takes place on Sunday 2nd November, starting at Hyde Park by the Queen Elizabeth Gate and Apsley Arch. The cars will depart between 6.58am and 8.15am.
