The London to Brighton Car Run returns for its 114th year in 2010, in which a procession of vintage classic cars make their way from London to Brighton in a grand procession. Car enthusiasts will not want to miss the chance to see the start of a legendary motoring event in the capital, featuring a line up of historic, veteran vehicles.

Classic cars in London
One of the most famous events of its kind in the world, the London to Brighton Car Run is a must for classic car enthusiasts whilst promising a grand spectacle for the casual observer. This year’s event promises to be no exception, with a line-up of beautiful automobiles ready to journey out of the Big Smoke towards the sea.

On display on Regent Street
Over 100 vintage machines will be on display in Regent Street from 11am - 3pm on Saturday 6th November, giving demonstration runs from Regent Street to Berkeley Square. The following day will see the actual car run itself, beginning at Hyde Park at sunrise, approximately 7.04am.

See the cars
Over 500 cars in total are expected to take part in the London to Brighton Car Run, including a number of international entries. All vehicles are pre 1905, making their way along the A23 in a 60 mile journey. Before hitting the motorway the cars will weave their way through London, guaranteeing a sight to remember on the roads of the capital. Have a look at some of the finest vintage cars in Britain on Saturday before seeing them on their journey on Sunday.

114 years motoring
The longest running car event in the world, the London to Brighton Car Run provides a rare opportunity to see a selection of classic vehicles from across the globe, collected in one place. The event is steeped in tradition and is a truly historic occasion with 2010 marking it 114th anniversary.

The London to Brighton Car Run takes place on Sunday 7th November, leaving from Hyde Park from 7.04am - 8.30am. The International Concours takes place the day before, from 11am - 3pm, Saturday 6th November, on Regent Street. Both events are free to attend.
