The London to Paris bicycle ride begins in London in July, where hundreds of pedal pushers will start an epic journey in support of Action Medical Research.

Cycle to Paris
Hundreds of cyclists are ready to start their journey in London to reach the heart of Paris in a 325 mile bike ride. Participants in the London to Paris bicycle ride will set off together, cycling their way down through the Kent countryside to the port of Dover and beyond.

Cycling for a good cause
Money raised from the London to Paris bicycle ride will be donated to Action Medical Research, the national charity for resarch into disease in the UK. Having pioneered the sugar cube vaccine for polio in 1952, the charity has gone from strength to strength with groundbreaking medical research.

The route
The bike ride starts in London and journeys through Kentish countryside and North Downs before reaching the port of Dover. Then it's a hop onto the ferry to Calais and a cycle through old market towns, beautiful landscapes and historic battlegrounds as crowds of locals cheer you on. The final destination is Paris, where the tour finishes by the Eiffel Tower.
