The Love Cooking event in London will be just one of four Love Cooking events taking place all over the country, with all of the UK’s impressive cooking pedigree being celebrated. The London Love Cooking event will showcase just why the capital enjoys such an enviable reputation for bringing the best of the world’s cuisines to town, combining local and international cooking in a way that’s the envy of the world.

Morning Session
10am – 11am – Gary Rhodes: Eating England: Great British Classics
The celebrated chef famed for reinvigorating British cooking shows that he is still in love with classic British dishes, as he takes audiences on a culinary journey through their history.
12am – 1am – Richard Corrigan, Mark Hix and Oz Clarke: Real Men, Real Cooking, Real Drinking!
The two passionate and creative chefs join up with one of wine’s foremost experts to celebrate their love of simple and effective food, and the wines that go with it.
Afternoon Session
2pm – 3pm - Gino D’Acampo: Viva Italia! Simple, Stylish Food for the Senses
The Italian chef brings a slice of the Med to the Love Cooking event, showcasing his favourite recipes and how to cook them with flair.
4pm – 5pm – Ainsley Harriott: Colour and Spice – Soul Food
The hugely popular chef and TV host shows his love of Caribbean flavours with flamboyant showcase of spice, warmth and soulful soul food.
Evening Session
6pm – 7pm – Rick Stein: Nothing to Fear – Fish Cooking Explained
The country’s foremost authority on fish demonstrates the fine art of cooking fish perfectly, making it so simple you’ll be doing it yourself in no time.
8.30pm – 9.30pm – Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall: Spade! Fork! Spoon!
Hugh brings his ‘grow your own’ philosophy to the Royal Festival Hall, showcasing just how good the results are by preparing a number of seasonal dishes from the field to the fork.
