Madstock tickets are now available for the return of the mighty Madness, as they bring their hugely popular Madstock gig back to London after and eleven year break. Taking place in Victoria Park on Friday 17th July 2009, Madstock tickets will enable Madness fans to see them live as they celebrate thirty years since they released their first single.
Madness in demand
Those lucky enough to pick up Madness Madstock tickets will be treated to a live performance from one of Britain’s favourite bands as the ska legends take over Victoria Park for a huge summer concert. If previous years, and of course their recent tour, are anything to go by then Madness Madstock tickets look set to be in huge demand so if you’re a fan and want to go, make sure you’re quick.
Eleven year break
With the last Madstock taking place back in 1998, the revival at Victoria Park is set to be one of the definitive highlights of 2009, as Madness bring their huge back catalogue and their brand new album, The Liberty of Norton Folgate, to their hometown. Madness are well known for their impressive live performances and the Madstock gig promises to showcase that to thousands of their most ardent fans for a summer concert in the heart of East London.
Special support
Previous Madstock gigs have seen a host of top names join Madness as special guests, and this year’s Madstock is set to have some big acts in support. Also on the bill are The Pogues, Bjorn Again, The Blockheads, Gregory Isaacs and Jerry Dammers, so if you fancy seeing Madness playing live at a huge concert in Victoria Park, ably supported by some very special guests, get yourself some tickets, don your baggiest trousers and prepare for a party.
