The shopping centre is hosting the pop up market for one day only to give shoppers the chance to sample delicious food from some of the capital's top Malaysian restaurants.

Organised by the same team behind the successful Malaysian Night Market at Trafalgar Square last year, the Malaysian Market at Westfield London aims to spice up your winter weekend with plenty of far eastern spice. The market takes place on the shopping centre's southern terrace, and provides plenty of warming dishes to help keep your energy levels up over the weekend.

Winter warmers
With dishes including the spicy noodle soup laksa and traditional chicken curries, the Malaysian Market at Westfield London has plenty of food to get your mouth watering in anticipation. You can also pick up restaurant discount vouchers at the market, as well as money off vouchers for the Malay Taste range sold at the Westfield Waitrose store.

Sweet treats
As well as all the spicy noodle and curry dishes, the Malaysian Market at Westfield London will be serving up cups of teh tarik, a traditional Malaysian tea made with condensed milk. Teh tarik is often poured in an elaborate style, so expect plenty of visual spectacle before you sip the strong, sweet tea.

The Malaysian Market at Westfield London Shopping Centre is open from 12pm - 7pm, Saturday 22nd January 2011. Admission to the market is free.
