Crammed with vitamins and minerals, these sandwiches might help restore your sense of well being after a festive season of gastronomic excess.

To keep you feeling too virtuous, the Marmite Dorchester Afternoon Tea also includes warm scones with jam and clotted cream, and a variety of pastries and cakes to give you a much needed sugar rush after the trials and tribulations of negotiating the January sales. It might be a whole year before Christmas, but that doesn't mean you can't treat yourself to a decadent afternoon feast.
