Metallica formed back in 1981, and although the band has changed its bassist a few times the line up has always included rock gods Lars Ulrich on drums, James Hetfield on vocals and Kirk Hammet on lead guitar. As you’d expect from a band that’s been playing together for this long, they’re incredibly tight and well known for their incredible live performances.

Metalicca really are an iconic band, having been at the forefront of thrash and heavy metal and staying there for nearly three decades. Throughout that time they’ve released some huge albums, including Master of Puppets, Justice For All, Metallica (or the Black Album), and the controversial Load.
