Opera fans will be in seventh heaven as Monumental Classics Series tickets are now available for the O2 Arena’s new season of classic opera. Beginning with Carl Orff’s masterpiece, Carmina Burana, the Monumental Classics Series will see some of the finest opera come to the O2 Arena in what looks set to be a real highlight on the arts calendar.

Monumental Classics Series tickets will enable opera fans to see some of the most famous and best loved opera pieces take to the O2 Arena stage. The Monumental Classics Series will be kicked off with a huge production of Carmina Burana on the 17th January 2009, and is then followed by a series of other classic opera favourites.

Monumental Classics Series tickets will allow opera fans to see what’s a first for the O2 Arena, a stab at opera. The O2 has quickly established itself as one of London’s premier music and events arenas and has enjoyed considerable acclaim from both critics and visitors. Consequently it’s the perfect place to put on a production of this size and scope.
