More London Free Festival
With a series of live music events, plays, films and sports for all ages, the More London Free Festival presents a veritable feast of live arts activities for the summer of 2011. Even better, all of the events are completely free to attend, so you can save your pennies and just concentrate on enjoying your time with friends and family at The Scoop, the stylish outdoors amphitheatre at More London.
Free events at The Scoop
Kicking off with a series of fringe arts events in June, the More London Free Festival features plenty of events that will appeal to kids, families, and older live arts lovers too. Catch a performance by the award winning Chickenshed theatre or see a refreshing take on The Canterbury Tales courtesy of open air theatre company The Pantaloons as part of the Free Fringe programme.

Theatre performances
Also taking place as part of the festival is a season of free open air theatre shows, including a family play, Around the World in Eighty Days, which features the much loved characters from the adventure story by Jules Verne. For adults, there's an adaption of Brecht's The Mother.
