Museums at Night at Brunel Museum

Go down into the dark for a tour of the Thames Tunnel Grand Entrance Hall and hear all about how Isambard Kingdom Brunel was buried alive at the special event for Museums at Night at Brunel Museum.

Taking place in and around the small museum in Rotherhithe, the late night events for Museums at Night at Brunel Museum include a tour of the Grand Entrance Hall where the famous Victorian engineer almost lost his life. There's also an underground theatre performance which tells the dramatic story of a woman jumping off Brunel's bridge.

The tour of the Grand Entrance Hall for Museums at Night at Brunel Museum takes place at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm, Saturday 14th May - Sunday 15th May 2011. Tickets cost £5.00.

The underground theatre performance starts at 7.30pm, Saturday 14th May - Sunday 15th May 2011, with tickets costing £5.00.

No advance booking is required for the Museums at Night at Brunel Museum events, with admission on a first come, first served basis.
