With six interactive zones covering everything from health and beauty to the latest tips for your home, MY2011 at Westfield London gives you all the help you need to create a new you for 2011. The lifestyle show takes place over three days at the end of January, just in time to steady any wobbles you may be experiencing over your new year's resolutions.

Interactive zones
If you're after some advice on how to stay fit throughout the new year, head to the My Body zone at the MY2011 at Westfield London show, which features fitness and exercise experts. The main stage at the show will also feature a number of live events and performances, such as a Gymbox Live showcase of the diva dancing and combat training inspired workout.

Fashion shows
If you're after a new look for 2011, the My Style zone at MY2011 at Westfield London features personal stylists to advise you on which of 2011's fashion trends will best suit your body shape. There are also mini consultations and treatments available from Westfield's beauty retailers at the My Health and Beauty zone.

MY2011 at Westfield London runs from Friday 28th January - Sunday 30th January 2011. The opening hours are 10am - 10pm Friday and Saturday, and 12pm - 6pm Sunday. Admission is free.
