Whilst the quality of the gel set i had was great, the customer service and attitude of the staff was awful.The manager is rude and obnoxious and really lays on the sales pitch to make you buy stuff, the staff can be slow and stop midway through your nails to gossip about the latest episode of the simpsons.Considering the price you would expect them to offer you a glass of water whilst you wait, most other places offer you some sort of beverage as you are often in there for a couple of hours.
