Barack Obama will be sworn in as the 44th president of the United States on Tuesday 20th January 2009, and you can join in all the fun and celebrations over on this side of the pond with the Obama inauguration party at Tricycle Cinema. If you're an American who finds themselves a long way from home, or someone who simply wants to take part in the historic occasion, then why not join the crowds at the Tricycle to see the inauguration as it unfolds in Washington D.C.

All American fun
American beer, pretzels and cheerleaders will be providing a suitably all-American atmosphere, but the highlight of the night is bound the inauguration ceremony itself, shown live on on the Tricycle's cinema screen. Money raised from tickets sales will go towards the Tricycle Education Programme, so you will be supporting a worthwhile cause while knocking back the brewskies.

The Obama inauguration party at Tricycle Cinema runs from 4.30pm to 8pm on Tuesday 20th January 2009. Tickets cost £15.00-£16.00 and can be bought by phoning the box office on 0207 328 1000.
