With the London 2012 Olympic Games now less than a year away, all eyes are turning to east London where one of the biggest construction projects in Europe is nearing completion. Get a sneak preview of the Olympic Park at the Open House tour which launches the 2011 architecture and design festival.

Bus tour
Step on board the bus for the Olympic Park Open House tour and take in sights such as the Olympic Stadium, the Velodrome, Athletes' Village and the Handball Arena. Other venues to be seen within the Olympic Park include the Aquatics Centre and the temporary Basketball Arena.

Launch event
The free Olympic Park Open House tour takes place a week before the start of the 2011 Open House London festival, which sees a series of open days, tours and talks at venues across London. For more information on other events taking place, click on the link below.

Open House London

The Olympic Park Open House tour takes place on Saturday 10th September - Sunday 11th September 2011. Tickets are free but must be booked in advance by calling 0300 2012 550 from 15th August.

Please note that there is a maximum of six people per group booking. This tour is suitable for children aged 8 and over.
