Open Day at Westway Sports Centre

Kids and adults alike can take advantage of all the sports and activities on offer at the open day at Westway Sports Centre on Saturday 6th June.

Regardless of whether you're a sports pro or a confirmed amateur, or whether you're taking along a toddler or a teenager, there should be plenty to please everyone at the open day at Westway Sports Centre. Over 30 professional instructors and coaches will be at Westway during the Discover Sport Open Day to introuce a range of sports and activities to all.

Hands on sports
Budding football and tennis stars will relish the chance to try out their skills and the six football pitches and clay tennis courts at the sports centre. You can also try out your head for heights at the UK's largest indoor climbing centre, and also take part in a game on handball fives.

Entertainment
And if you need to take a break for all that physical exertion at the open day at Westway Sports Centre, there should be plenty of other events to keep you entertained throughout the day. There'll be live music, a steel band, and an inflatable assault course for the kids, just in case they've still got some excess energy.

The open day at Westway Centre runs from 11am - 3pm, Saturday 6th March 2009. Adult tickets cost £2.00, kids get in for £1.00 each, and a family ticket for two adults and two children costs £4.00.
