Me and my friends are in our late teens/early twenties. We go out regularly and are sensible and well behaved. But Never have we experienced such rude staff, even for a club. Even the manager! drinks are overpriced, entrance is overpriced and the club is practically empty. Have written a formal complaint to he club that has so far received no response. They are just not interested. Would not recommend this place to anyone! AVOID!
I wanted to say thank you to the staff at pacha for allowing my friends to join me, I was in a wheelchair and was even given a free drink by the promoter. Vibe is fab, love the lasers and the crowd are pretty, so many girls which surprised me as they out numbered the blokes. Would definitely go back, top night
Last weekend I went to Pacha on a Friday night after a few drinks in the West End. As soon as getting though the door I had a great night. The drinks were not cheap but a lot less than the bars in Soho I was in earlier. What made the night was the music and the people, the vibe in the club was happy and the DJs played to a packed dance-floor. I loved the party and stayed right till the end. A top night, thanks!
The Pacha boat party in London at Temple pier was great! but I am never going back to Pacha the club, because of one waitress downstairs by the go go dancers. Since I am from Oslo and I am used to ask the waitress to make me a drink, a sour or sweet drink for eksample,(which a bartender should know how to do) I asked about this at Pacha since there was no cocktail menu. She laughed at me and whispered in one collegues ear what I said and they laughed..then she did the same to her girl collegue..they just laghed and then she just threw the menu towards me on the bar disk. I said I am not buying a drink from you and she just said "WHATEVER" and her body language was just rude!I was really shocked that Pacha has waitresess witch ZERO SERVICE experience!! that was the worst part. The menu with no cocktails exept liquor with soda i can live with, but is is wierd for a club like this not to have good cocktails!I will never go back. GOOD JOB IGNORANT WAITRESS DOWNSTAIRS!
Like good music, good crowds and low prices? Steer well clear of Pacha then! My friends thought it would be like Pacha in Ibiza... Don't be fooled! For 4 hours, you just hear the same beat and not a single word is sung. If you're a fan of house music, maybe you'd like it but for most people who hate it, be prepared for non-stop bad music! The cheapest drink was £5.60 so you will either come out sober or in debt. As for people, my friend asked someone if she wanted to dance and she said she would... At a cost! We then saw that she was with two dirty old men and suddenly understood her line of work. Most other people were tourists (like my friends who suggested this place) who had clearly fell into the name trap. I think we were the only ones under 25 so don't expect a young crowd! The place is actually much smaller than you'd expect. My first and last time at Pacha :)
Horrible. Overpriced, over-hyped, no atmosphere and oh my gosh what awful music. It shouldn't even be called 'music'. The self-serving DJ's played nothing but percussion music with bass. No melody whatsoever, very few and far apart vocals.
It's too bright in there and there are not enough proper disco lights. The stroboscope was too powerful.
Overall, as European quality standards go, this is a very average club you can find in a small town in Eastern Europe except there the music will actually make you dance and you wouldn't be charged over 5 quid for watered down vodka shots
Not recommended.
This is the best club i've ever been to, no doubt about it!
For those like me that enjoy dancing, there's always something happening.
We didnt have to queue up, got there like 11pm, but soon after everyone came and the party started.
Easy to find and to grab a cab after the party.
Definitely check it out.
hed Kandi was amazing 2nd time i have been really good door staff
club was full and dj lign up wicked
club is really nice inside clean loos etc...
would recomend for birthdays as you can get tables and vip
I had the most amazing night at pacha and would say everyone has to go! I went with a group of friends and were already planning the next trip! The club is beautiful and so easy to get to. Staff are fabulous and friendly and we danced ourselves silly to the wicked music. All I can say is go! :)
Pacha thank you so much for sorting out our party the other night. We had reservations about a big crowd of us trying to all get into a Club like Pacha late on a Saturday night but the whole process was so painless and smooth. Everyone's name was on the guest-list, we paid the price we were quoted, friendly door staff, bit of a queue but hey its the sign of a popular venue.Once in great venue, music and good looking crowd. Everyone had such a good night and thanked me for arranging it. We'll be back!
I went to Pacha a couple of weeks ago for Hed kandi and had an amazing time, great crowd/music/interior, really friendly staff and generally a really great party atmosphere. There were lots of good looking people there and my friends and i all had an awesome night, we'll definitely be going again!
A couple of weeks ago I went to Hed Kandia at Pacha and I must be honest I was pleased with the service at the bar, quick and much cheaper than I was expecting. The music and the crowd were also first class. It was only my 2nd time at Pacha London and I have left both times wanting more! A happy girl x
I had a wonderful time at Pacha on Saturday, excellent cocktaills and a1 service from the good looking bar staff. Cool DJ's with awesome music and a really friendly and fun atmosphere. I love Pacha in London it's the place to be :0)
A big group of us when down to I love Pacha last weekend, after a long wait on the door we got inside the venue and for once it was worth the wait. The venue was pached with loads of pretty people and some of the best music I have heard
Not sure when the next party is but it was a top night and we will def come back to it. Drinks were not cheap but still much less than rest of the West End. Only real grip was the slow cloakroom.
I've been to Pacha 3 times now and it has never been busy enough to really get going. (This included their supposedly 'sold out' Pukka Up birthday bash). It's a classy joint, very nice interior and the crowd is normally good, but i've always left feeling disappointed. If you are up for a pleasent evening listening to cheesy/piano house whilst sipping a glass of champagne - then go. If you are up for a good rave then don't bother....
pacha the worst club i have ever been, went there on friday night i payed 20 pounds for this shitty club. The music was awful it was techno and the same beat all the time, the drinks pricey the shots were 5.50
the people were in their 30-35 few younger people. We left around 12:30 actually a lot of people were leaving early i cannot believe i waste my time and money really disappointed.
Went to Pacha London on Saturday just gone and after reading some of the reviews on here was a little sceptical. Arrived at the club at just gone 12 and the dancefloor was already packed out with people dancing to big Ibiza House tunes. The party on the night was called Nightowl and their big inflatable owls looked amazing. The headline DJ's on the night were MYNC from Space Ibiza and when they came on it felt like I had been transported back to the island! Drinks prices we're a little expensive but no different to Ministry of Sound etc. Maybe I got lucky and went on the right night but my friends and I are already planning to go to Pacha the next time a Nightowl party is on!
After reading an average review I just had to write. My nights at Pacha are always my best nights. The club itself is amazing, they have dancers, fire shows, the whole bit which creates an atmosphere you just cant help but love.
Drinks and entry prices are exactly what you'd expect from such an amazing international club and still not as expensive as the West End clubs.
I go to Ibiza every year and to find a place we can party in like we do over there is the best!
We are true Pacha locals and recommend it 100%..
I love Pacha! I have been to nearly every London club and more. If you want to be guaranteed to have an amazing night out with your mates, I wouldn't go anywhere other than Pacha. The best nights are Liaison for a Saturday, Flawless for a Friday and of course Hed Kandi always throw their parties big style at Pacha. I wouldn't listen to other reviews who sound like they didn't pick their night very carefully. Pacha has a night for every taste in music. Have fun!
For the price of the club (20 pounds), Pacha really isn't worth the expense. The music was horrendous, the prices of the drinks were outrageous, and the entire place was so jam-packed with people you could scarcely move. Overall I found it to be a complete waste of time and money, and I saw many people leaving early-- myself being one of them.
Very poor. Sound system and lights was broken when we went and they would not refund us the £20 tickets when we walked out after waiting an hour. Will avoid forever now.
hi Have been to Pacha last Saturday, had a really amazing time with my mates. Music was great and service quick even thou was buuuusy. i really liked the atmosphere and the vibe. Bit expensive but its London.. i recommened it in 100%
I heard so much from my friend about Pacha that I decided to check it out my self. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. It was very busy probably because the party was good( Kinki Malinki). However I had absolutely no problems with getting to the bar. Everyone kept on saying that it’s really expensive but I think it’s the same as everywhere else. It happened to me so many times that I went out with my friends to a good club but in the middle of the night they would run out of beer and start serving warm cans of Red Stripe for £4. Somehow people don’t say that’s expensive. The venue it self looks amazing I really liked it. Especially the huge chandeliers and the fact that the DJ is almost in the middle of the dance floor. Overall I would definitely recommend going.
Ibiza it ain't! Good music though. Very big place which it struggles to fill and so can be hard to create the necessary ambiance or to maintain the vibe once going. Not West End decor by any means, but much much better than the average Shoreditch dive, for example. By and large a decent and well-dressed crowd. However, past about 2 am the crowd thins out and gets a bit skanky around the edges. Choose your night with care. Tickets in advance helps. Also, take a few quid for the drinks as not the cheapest (although again not West End unless you want it). Really no need to go for the VIP section.
Dont usually go to Pacha London as its a bit commercial for me and my friends' liking music wise but have to admit the music was spot on (Twilo think it was called??) after a recent visit However the downside was the cost! Also be prepared to spend over £100 easily
Visited a Play @ Pacha student night. Music was mainly dance/R&B. The decor is quite nice with a balconay surrounding the lower floor. The top floor has more secluded areas and sofas to relax on. Drinks were typical student prices with typical long waits at the bar. The queue was quite long at about ~30minutes. Easy to get to as it is near the Victoria Underground station.
queued for 30 minutes outside - did not want to queue for another hour for the only single cloakroom, the queue for the cloakroom extended for two stairs!! very expensive drinks. bad remixes. crowded.my advice, do not go and enjoy another place. over rated, that's it.
Very Over rated.
Cant live of the sister clubs reputations for to long.
Save your time and money and enjoy a better club, there are plenty out there.
Great venue in a great location, couldnt ask for a better crowd and atmosphere.
Music and sound system great and ques arnt to long xx
I've been to pacha a few times. I can't say it even compares to pacha Ibiza. It's just ok.
One thing I will say is that the manager was really nice to us the last time we went. He seems a sound bloke.
In a city with many members only clubs with crap djs and the same entrance fees at least here you know you'll get decent music.
worst club i have ever visited,i cant tell you what the club or the atmosphere was like in there, because we never actually got in
although, there was also a bad attitude in the cue!after cueing up for 20 minutes we got to the front of the cue where i was informed that i wouldnt be allowed in,
no real reason given other than the fact that i was with another 2 males, and we had no girls with us in our company,
cant say this impressed me after forking out 15 pound to travel there after 1.5 hours train jourey.
some of my friends got in earlier before us,they didnt enjoy being in there, also drinks v. expensive £4.50 for a bottle of becks,
barely even half a larger,if you wanna have a good night i would advise going elsewhere!!
went pacha for my sistas 24th on a hedkandi night
very good, great atmosphere
gd staff
pricey as usual
£20 to get in tho
overall it was a gd night
requires alot of money tho
Went here for my girlfriend's birthday recently, to a Hed Kandi night. Was annoying having to queue despite having tickets, but there were plenty of staff managing it. Great music once inside, good quick service at the bar. Glamorous? Well, tacky and pretentious if you ask me, but personal preference I suppose. Drinks pricey, but what did you expect? Summary = decent night out if you've a hundred quid or more burning a hole in your pocket.
I just read another review about NYE and thought I'd give something positive about Pacha London!!Me and my friends thought that NYE was outsanding in everyway, the crowd were freindly, well dress and so much fun! The music (if you love electro house) was amazing and so was Coco Star.
The 12 o'clock count down was wicked, loved the huge glitter cannons and everyone in their Masks made it really cool.Normally NYE is a big let down, but this was probabley the best NYE i've ever had in a club!
It's not Ibiza (I wish), its london, well done Pacha!! The only negative thing i'd say was the smokers queue, but I've quite since January 1st anyway, lol. Hopefully see all you lovley people at cupids ball xxx Amy xxxx
loved it! Went to a Twilo night and had an amazing time with my friends. V friendly crowd and the music was fab x
Public health warning: pacha may bore you to death! I decided on Pacha London for my nye party and was disapointed by the entire evening. First of all the crowd was a complete joke! Pacha London is obviously a place to be seen, not a place to go clubbing. I understand that there are people that get off on that type of thing but I was expecting more from Pacha London as the Ibiza branch has a much more natural, dance orientated gathering.
But perhaps I shouldn’t be so harsh on the crowd, after all, why would anybody who wants to go for a proper clubbing session be interested in place that plays such “untidy” music.
I mean really…surely when anybody thinks of Pacha they think of a dark sexy house sound – not the crap that they were playing. There was a repetitive kick and a whole bunch of noise from hits, hats, claps and ill used electronic pads. No melody or rolling bass lines at all. Come on Mr. Dj: sometimes less is more.
And stop using that damb built in phaser! Also, whoever was behind the mixing console obviously didn’t know what they were doing when Coco Star came on stage… I genuinely felt sorry for her as her voice screeched through the speakers.
Aren’t the doormen supposed to be keeping out the bad element? Yet, here they seem to be a part of it! On a whole I would say that Pacha London was a great idea for a club but has now been reduced to a very sad hole due to a lack of proper promotion (in other words: bad management decisions) and a poor selection of music. The true clubbing public is advised to stay very, very far away from the mistake known as Pacha London.
Used this Website to check out venues for our engagement party and my 30th birthday. checked on Pacha (never been to before) and had mixed reviews and but mostly positive, so went down to the club to check out. Dana the VIP booking lady was polite and the manager (sorry cant spell his name) was very friendly and took time to explain things even though he was obviously busy and talk things through for our party night, never felt pressured or pushed to do anything. On the night, had alot of people for our party and Dana was there at the door to greet us as promised. There was a massive queue already for the guest list queue, but Dana made sure all our party got in quickly and straight away, everything went through so smoothly and our VIP area was so well organised and the manager came and said hello to (you get a private cloakroom and our coats got taken straight away and came back at the end of the night just as quickly) and we were really well looked after by our waitress, who was very quick and polite, always asked if things were ok, if we needed anything, drinks came very quickly and glasses were changed and taking away regularly, our waitress was also our security, turning away anyone who hadnt got one of our area wristbands, so there was no waiting for someone if we needed anything. Some guests arrived later on and were told to queue up, they called me and i spoke to Dana and she came with me straight away to the door and let them in, no messing around and no trouble with the bouncers. If your looking for a great party venue, can get a table, want to be looked after, ensure all your guests get in and have no hassles then I would 110% recommend this place. The manager, waitresses, secuity all make things run smoothly and Dana the VIP list lady is a real star and will make sure everything runs perfectly for your special night. Thanks to all the reviewers on this website and thank you PACHA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I arrived later to the club than my friends did so planned on making my own way in there. I was sober, dressed smartly, and not under the influence of drugs. The doormen told me they didn't let single males into the club and suggested I called one of my friends to come down and meet me at the door to prove that I wasn't single! Amazed, I did this but knowing my friends would either have their phones switched off or not be able to hear their phones due to the loud music. I explained this to the doormen but they turned me away and I went to another club instead. Yes, there will always be more males going clubbing than females but that's the nature of clubbing. I own an engineering company, it's an environment dominated by men but I don't turn away job applications from men because we already have a large number of male staff do I? I should not be denied entry to any club based on the fact that I am male.
my friends dragged me along here and it really wasn't my cup of tea. music was good but i just felt there was something missing, i want to say the word fake as that seems alittle harsh. maybe the fact pacha is so hyped about it didn't live up to my expectations.
I have been to the club several times and it was cool, nice music and good crowd mix. However, their bouncers are very arrogant and most recently they randomly allow entry to some and refuse others on the basis of "no singles allowed". I understand they need to choose and manage a good mix but when the process is random and depends if the bouncer is in a good mood or not. I got in on Friday and was refused on the Saturday by the same boucner !!
