For Fortnum and Mason's 304th Shrove Tuesday, there's in store demonstrations on how to make and flip the perfect pancake. With high quality ingredients sourced from the famous Piccadilly food hall, the Fortnum and Mason chef will show customers how to make the sweetest and most delicious traditional pancakes.

If your sweet tooth is already longing for the chocolate feast on the other side of Lent, there are plenty of Easter treats already in stock in the Fortnum and Mason food hall. The pancake demonstrations at Fortnum and Mason run from 11am, Tuesday 21st February 2012. Admission is free. The event takes place in the demonstration kitchen located on the Demonstration Kitchen on the first floor.
