Spend Shrove Tuesday learning how to create edible, three dimensional 'panscapes' at the Pancake Play workshop, with leading experimental food experts Polly Betton and Andrew Stellitano.

Family workshops
Open to one parent and an accompanying child, the Pancake Play workshop at L'Atelier des Chefs is one of the more unusual Pancake Day events taking place in 2012. Organised in collaboration with Lyle's Golden Syrup, the demonstration gives you and your child the chance to learn how to create 3D food sculptures that are a step up from the standard crepe served with lemon and sugar.

The Pancake Play workshop takes place from 2.45pm, Saturday 18th February 2012. Admission is free, but limited to one parent and child. For more information and to book a place, email james.laird@epicuruscomms.co.uk.
