The Pants in the Park Charity Run is a unique fundraising event at Battersea Park, inviting people to go for a run in support of Prostate Research. Taking place on Father’s Day 2008, the event promises to be a fun, lively affair for families in London.
Charity running, Superman styleParticipants in the Pants in the Park Charity Run are required to complete a 5km course in Battersea Park with their pants on the outside of their clothing, Superman style. The race is bound to be quite the spectacle, with hundreds of fundraisers running through the park decked out in pants of all shapes and sizes. Nice.
A family day out at the Pants in the Park Charity RunIndividuals, teams and families can take part in the Pants in the Park Charity Run, taking up the challenge together in a vibrant, festive atmosphere. Battersea Park will be alive with activity on Sunday June 15th, including a live band, balloons, face painting and prizes for the best pants on the day.
A Father’s Day to rememberFamilies can make it a memorable Father’s Day in Battersea Park at an energetic, quirky family event. Children and adults of all ages can take part in the run, meaning that the whole family can support dad whilst supporting a worthy cause. It’s time to get your pants on and get running in London.
