A Pub Club Night
The Vauxhall Griffin is a traditional pub, complete with board games that you can borrow, homemade pub grub and even a pub quiz. However, a DJ has pumped a little life into this boozer and their club nights have pulled in a regular crowd but it’s flown under the radar as other pubs like the Amersham Arms have stolen the limelight with their big DJ nights. Pie and Mash at Vauxhall Griffin hopes to change this, offering the ideal mix of pub favourites with edgy tunes.

Pie, Mash and Music
Pie and Mash at Vauxhall Griffin promises eclectic and hearty tunes, decent nosh and an ambience free of attitude and pretension. Not wishing to stray into contrived notions of club nights that promise to be different but actually just follow the crowd, they decided to do something totally different, and so Pie and Mash was born. Offering pub favourite pie and mash to line the stomach alongside the screening of London films whilst playing London songs, Vauxhall Griffin’s monthly event seems to have the right idea. There’s no dress code, entry is free and you even get a free shot to get you on your merry way. It’s now worth heading over to Vauxhall on the last Friday of every month.

Edgy Pub Tunes
Regular DJs pump out a mix of tunes at Pie and Mash at Vauxhall Griffin. Everything from the Pet Shop Boys and Tom Jones to Bjork and Lady Gaga are included on the play list.

Pie and Mash at Vauxhall Griffin takes place 8pm-1am on the last Friday of every month. Entry is free all night.
