Raising money and pulses this September, women can get their fitness kicks at the Breast Cancer Charity Pink Aerobics. London is hosting this event for the sixth year in a row, and now that the sun is finally out, this is the time to get on your trainers and exercise.

Raising money for the Breast Cancer Campaign charity, the Pink Aerobics at Regents Park is a chance to get out in the fresh air and do a bit of exercise all in the name of keeping fit and doing your bit for charity. With a number of famous faces set to take part, this years mass aerobics event sees Shock Absorbers and the Breast Cancer Campaign encouraging women to take part, and raise valuable funds for this important charity.

After huge successes in the capital, the Pink Aerobics London event was not the only to happen last year. The Pink Aerobics also took place in four other cities last year meaning fitness fans in Edinburgh, Birmingham, Cardiff and Liverpool were able to bounce in their pink for 2007. And it's not just women who can join in the aerobics fun; men are invited to take part in the special aerobics class at Regents Park too, the only prerequisite being that they wear pink as well!

Even if exercise is not your thing, there will be plenty of fun to be had with the girls as they go through their paces. Hundreds of women bouncing for charity in their special pink t shirts is bound to make you feel like getting up and joining in, so even if you only take it easy, you will still be contributing to their cause.

Three different kinds of exercise are on offer at the Pink Aerobics classes this year, making it even easier to get involved. Dance is the name of the game, and Regents Park is the place to get down and boogie with the girls. From 1pm to 2pm, you can salsa with Denise Page, from 2pm to 3pm you can do the Rat Pack Swing with Lucy Johnson, and from 3pm onwards, it's time for the Carnival Jam with Troy Dureh.

All entrants in the Pink Aerobics London exercise class will be on the recieving end of three hours of a great workout, a free t shirt and a fantastic goodie bag too. So, pull on your trainers and tighten that headband - open air aerobics for the Breast Cancer Campaign is the only way to keep fit this September.

Please note that if entrants aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If you would like to register to take part in the Pink Aerobics at Regents Park this September, click on the link below for more information.
