Gay Pride in London
Calling all homosexuals, bisexuals, transsexuals, and yes, you heterosexuals too – Pride London is back again for 2011 and it’s feistier than ever. Whatever your sexual orientation make sure you get out and celebrate for one of London’s most colourful festivals.

Why you should go
Pride is more than just about who you want to sleep with, it’s about freedom, equality, and the right to wear as many rainbows as humanly possible. This is one party like none other all around the world, and this year's attendance is expected to be over half a million people.

Don’t miss
The Pride London parade is the highlight and grand finale of the two week festival, with countless spectacularly colourful and glittery floats and performers making their way around the streets of the capital. This year the parade starts from Portland Place and ends at Trafalgar Square, so embrace your inner party animal and break out the costumes. After the parade, there's live entertainment in Trafalgar Square, while the iconic gay district of Soho will be closed to traffic for a big street party.
