The festival showcase at Borough Market launches on Thursday 18th February 2010, and includes a number of chef demonstrations and family fun. Oliver Rowe of Konstam, Cyrus Todiwala of Cafe Spice Namaste and Jun Tanaka of Pearl Restaurant and Bar will be demonstrating just what can be done with some of the ingredients available at the market from 11am - 1pm, and kids are bound to want to get as close as possible to Petal the water buffalo, who is making a special appearance from Laverstoke Park Farm.
