Aiming to satisfy even the largest of appetites with a mouth watering array of fresh food and produce, the Real Food Market at Covent Garden is gearing up for the 2009 Christmas period. With over 32 stalls bursting with food from some of the UK's most respected producers, the market promises to be a one stop shop for all your lunch, dinner and entertaining needs.

With free range chickens, artisan cheeses, cupcakes, smoked fish and gourmet pies, the Real Food Market at Covent Garden aims to pack a real punch over Christmas 2009. With seasonal food and drink on offer including mulled wine, mince pies, award winning stilton and luxury Christmas cakes, there's bound to be something to get your mouth watering over the festive season.

Speciality stalls
If you're looking to pep up your lunchbox, then flavoursome mushroom sandwiches from The Spore Boys, gluten free cakes from Sugar Grain and speciality cheeses from Neal's Yard Dairy are just some of the offerings from the Real Food Market in Covent Garden. Other stallholders set to tempt you with their wares include The Garlic Farm, Pie Minister, Arabica Food & Spice Company, Gujarati Rasoi and Crumbs & Doilies.

Foodie heaven
Food fans will also want to check out the exclusive guest stalls and demonstrations on show at the Real Food Market, such as the one curated by the UK Food Bloggers Association. There's also a table dressing stall where you can pick up festive table top decorations and foliage that will set your Christmas table off a treat.

Live entertainment
Alongside all the delicious food on offer at the Real Food Market, there's also plenty of other sights and sounds to enjoy over Christmas at Covent Garden. There's the stunning lights display from UVA, live music on Thursdays, a 40 foot Christmas tree and much more to help you feel festive over Christmas 2009.

The Real Food Market at Covent Garden is open every Thursday and Friday from 12th November 2009, as well as Wednesday 16th December and Saturday 19th December 2009.

Market opening times 12pm - 9pm on Thursdays and 12pm - 7.30pm on Fridays. Admission to the market is free.
