Nostalgia night
Proving that they just don't make them the way that they used to, Record Player at Concrete serves up a large helping of classic vintage tunes, with a dollop of nostalgia served on the side. Taking place every month at the nightclub on Shoreditch High Street, the party gives you the chance to revisit some of the best songs of yesteryear, whether it's punk and disco from 1979 or indie and rave from 1990.

Party like it's 1986
The next Record Player at Concrete focuses on tunes from 1986, so expect a pop heavy offering with everything from The Bangles to Queen and Beastie Boys on the bill. Retro music fans are bound to go crazy when the DJ plays Pet Shop Boys or Run DMC, and iconic numbers such as Papa Don't Preach by Madonna and Addicted to Love by Robert Palmer are bound to keep the crowds on the dance floor.

Vote for your favourite
Before each Record Player at Concrete, party goers also have the chance to vote for their favourite song from the selected year, which will determine the order in which each song in played on the night's top 20 chart. So whether your favourite song from 1986 is Panic by The Smiths or What Have You Done For Me Lately by Janet Jackson, get voting for which song you want playing at the end of the night.
