From Armistice Day to Remembrance Sunday
Many of the Remembrance Day London events are centred around Armistice Day, which takes place every year on the 11th November. People across the capital and throughout the UK will be wearing poppies and joining the two minute silence at 11am. A few days later, the National Service of Remembrance takes place on Remembrance Sunday, as the Queen leads the nation in a formal act of commemoration.
