Resolution Revolution at Tossed
Do your new year's resolutions always fall flat by mid January, despite all your best efforts? The Resolution Revolution at Tossed aims to break the trend with three carefully designed, 20 day plans to get you on the right track for a long term, healthier lifestyle in 2009. Available at Tossed restaurants across London, diners can choose between The Slim Down, The Detox, or The Muscle Builder breakfasts and daytime meals, which are all freshly prepared and calorie counted.
The Slim Down and Detox
If you want a slimmer and trimmer new you for 2009, the Slim Down plan in the Resolution Revolution at Tossed might be the thing for you, as it features fresh salads, soups and stews that are naturally low in calories and fat. The Detox has lots of green leafy salad vegetables reputed to flush out rich Christmas food and drink toxins and restock your body's energy levels.
The Muscle Builder
If you're hoping to make the most of all the gym time you've been putting in, then you might want to opt for the low fat and lean protein Muscle Builder plan. Salads such as the Asian Tuna start at £3.95, so you can eat fresh food without putting further dents in your bank balance this January.
