Very good location, but did come across dirty, equipment laying around everywhere and the instructors not the friendliness, was impressed when i first turned up but found the classes were the doing the same exercises day in day out, no change or variation.

The results from the classes was o.k, but having me puching bags when i dont have any technique cant be right, am i doing it right, with 15 people in the class and only 1 trainer no time was spent on each individual. when i pointed this out i was told i could get one to one sessions for £70 an hour, did they think i came over on the last banana boat.

Overall o.k if you want a quick short notice session but other than that nothing to good the right about this venue, would be better if they stopped putting pressure in people to buy classes or join monthly/yearly.

I personally have attended training session for over a month. The treatment you receive as a customer is simply appalling. Their is a lack of respect. The facilities are average, and the language frequently used by staff members is foul.

On a positive note, they really do know how to work you to your potential, and your fitness will increase for sure.

In conclusion not very professional, but you will receive a good workout.
