See all the stars come out for the Royal Film Performance 2008 at Leicester Square. A Bunch of Amateurs has been chosen as the Royal Film Performance 2008, and is not only a London premiere, but a world premiere too.

Royal seal of approval
Specially selected for the screening which will be attended by the Queen and Prince Phillip, the Royal Film Performance of A Bunch of Amateurs is set to be a star studded event. Not only with the two highest members of the Royal family be present, but you can be sure that the actors and actresses from the film will be tripping down the red carpet on the night too.

British film glamour
Starring a whole host of famous British actors, the lead roles in A Bunch of Amateurs are played by Burt Reynolds, Sir Derek Jacobi and Imedla Staunton. Burt Reynolds plays an aging American actot who attempts to revive his career by playing King Lear with the RSC in Stratford. Sadly for him, his agent has actually booked in him with an amateur dramatics group in Stratford St John, in Suffolk.

Big name stars
Joining the Royal contingent on the night, you can see the stars of the film come out to see their handiwork on the big screen. Attending the Royal Film Performance 2008 will be Imedla Staunton, Derek Jacobi and Samanath Bond, amongst the other actors, writers and producers on the film.

Royal Film Performance 2008
Every year the Royal Film Performance takes place as a specially selected cinema screening that honours everyone that has worked on the film. Giving A Bunch of Amateurs the Royal thumbs up, the film night also raises invaluable funds for the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund.

The A Bunch of Amateurs Royal premiere takes place from 5pm at Odeon Leicester Square on Monday 17th November 2008.
