Celebrate the forthcoming nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton with the royal wedding all nighter at the Apollo Piccadilly Cinema, as part of the 2011 Sci Fi London film festival.

All night film screenings
Starting off the long bank holiday weekend with an all night screening of golden oldies from the science fiction and horror film genre, the royal wedding all nighter aims to please those with a slightly darker take on married life. Once morning rolls around, you'll emerge bleary eyed out of the cinema just in time to watch the rest of the city go crazy with bunting and all manner of celebrations for the wedding ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

Movie marathon
Films on the programme for the royal wedding all nighter include Bride of the Gorilla, the 1951 shocker starring Lon Chaney, Barbara Payton and Raymond Burr. Bela Lugosi fans are also in for a treat with the screening of The Corpse Vanishes, the 1942 tale of a newspaper journalist who uncover the secret of eternal youth while investigating the sudden death of young brides. The evening starts with a glass of Bucks Fizz before the movie marathon gets well and truly underway.

Bride of Frankenstein
Other films due to be shown as part of the Sci Fi London royal wedding all nighter include 1942's I Married A Witch, starring Veronica Lake in a role that inspired the hit TV series Bewitched. The movie marathon also includes 1958's I Married a Monster from Outer Space, and the classic Boris Karloff film Bride of Frankenstein.

The royal wedding all nighter starts 11pm, Thursday 28th April 2011 at Apollo Piccadilly Circus. Tickets cost £35.00. For more information and to buy tickets, click on the link below.
