The result of a partnership between the oldest Champagne house and perfumer Lyn Harris, the Ruinart Afternoon Tea at Miller Harris celebrates the fragrant and floral tones of the Ruinart Rose Champagne. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot noir grapes, Ruinart rose comes with hints of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry fragrances, and is perfect for a romantic Valentines treat. The afternoon tea starts with a glass of the Champagne, and is followed by tea and a selection of cakes.

Continental cakes
The next course on the Ruinart Afternoon Tea at Miller Harris after the glass of Champagne is a selection of cakes. Choose from cakes such as mini lemon meringues, or Peach Friands, a traditional French tea cake made with almond butter.

Floral tea
Also featured on the Ruinart Afternoon Tea at Miller Harris is Thè Pètales, blended from white tip Oolong tea, geranium from Reunion and Turkish Rose. The tea is the perfect finish to a Valentines Day experience full of romantic and delicate flavours and aromas.

The Valentines Day Ruinart Afternoon Tea at Miller Harris is available from 10am - 5.30pm, Wednesday 10th February - Saturday 13th February and Wednesday 17th February - Saturday 20th February 2010. The Rose Champange tea costs £19.00 per person.
