Sailor Jerry Presents...
A series of free gigs popping up across the city to entertain music lovers, the Sailor Jerry Presents London gig shows feature live performances by the bands of the moment, as well as cocktails inspired by Sailor Jerry Spiced, the popular Caribbean rum. Sip on classics such as Jerry and ginger and Jerry and cola or try out a spiced special while listening to some of the hottest bands around.

The Heavy
The next Sailor Jerry Presents London show features British band The Heavy, who will be performing songs from their Great Vengeance and Furious Fire album, as well as the recent The House That Dirt Build album. As always, the night will also feature a screening of the short film Hori Smoku, which celebrates the life of the original Sailor Jerry, the larger than life tattoo artist Norman Collins.

More special events
Following the free Sailor Jerry Presents London gig, the regular showcase relocates to Brighton to host a special concert by electro outfit Metronomy. London music fans need not worry though, as the series that has brought audiences the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club, Mystery Jets and We Are Scientists in the past is bound to be back in the capital soon.

The next Sailor Jerry Presents London free gig stars The Heavy, and takes place at Old Blue Last on Wednesday 29th September 2010. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
