With plenty of festive cheer and fun for all the family, the Santas Grotto at Harrods returns for 2011 to get the season off to a magical start.

Christmas grotto
A long standing tradition at the iconic Knightsbridge department store, the Santas Grotto at Harrods returns for Christmas 2011 so that children can come face to face with the jolly man in red. Kids and parents can meet Father Christmas at the grotto and also share their present wish lists with him.

Festive gifts
All children who visit the Santas Grotto at Harrods will be rewarded with a gift so that they have a special memento of their time spent with Father Christmas. Parents also have the chance to buy a photograph of their kids in the grotto as a keepsake.

Opening hours
The opening hours for the Harrods Christmas Grotto look like this:

5th November - 8th December
10am - 7.30pm Monday - Saturday
12pm - 5.30pm Sunday

9th December - 23rd December
10am - 8pm Monday - Saturday
12pm - 5.30pm Sunday

Christmas Eve
10am - 3.30pm

The Santas Grotto at Harrods is open from Saturday 5th November - Saturday 24th December 2011.

Tickets for specific time slots are available to book online from 9am, Tuesday 20th September 2011. You must be a Harrods Rewards cardholder to book Grotto tickets. The tickets themselves are free, although there is a £10.00 administration charge that will be recredited back onto you account if you attend your booked slot.
