Have a very happy Christmas and visit the Santas grotto at Museum of London Docklands, which is decked out in all manner of Victorian themed festive decorations.

Meet Father Christmas
Children of all ages are bound to love a session in the Santas grotto at Museum of London Docklands in the run up to Christmas, which is set up in the museum's 19th century Sailor Town. The jolly man in red is holding camp in a secret grotto festooned with traditional decorations reminiscent of a Victorian Christmas.

Victorian Christmas
Kids can meet Father Christmas at the Santas grotto at Museum of London Docklands, share all their Christmas wishes and even receive a special gift that they can take home. There's also the chance for children to have their photo taken with Santa, which they can keep as a special memento of their visit.

Bah humbug!
If your family has had it up to the ears with Christmas cheer, there's also the chance to meet popular Dickens character Scrooge after the Santas grotto at Museum of London Docklands closes. Meet old Ebenezer and share your Christmas grievances, or try to cheer him up in order to win a late Christmas gift. Families can also have their photo taken with the famous Christmas grump.

The Santas grotto at Museum of London Docklands is open Saturday 10th December - Friday 23rd December 2011. The Scrooge's grotto is open from Tuesday 27th December - Sunday 1st January 2011.

Children's tickets for the grotto costs £5.00, while adult entry is free. Entry to the grotto includes a present but does not include the cost of the photograph. For more information and to book in advance, call 020 7001 9844.
