Sara Campbell Yoga Workshops at Alchemy

Unleash your inner potential using the Kundalini system at the Sara Cambell yoga workshops at Alchemy. The four times world champion freediver and yoga teacher is holding a series of special classes at the Camden based yoga and meditation centre in 2010.

Kundalini yoga
Focuses on all aspects of the Kundalini approach, the Sara Cambell yoga workshops at Alchemy will take you through the chakra system, meditation, chanting and relaxation, as well as challenging your body to become more flexible and well balanced. Sara aims to use the workshops to help you draw on your inner strength to have a more happier and fulfilled life after you leave the yoga class.

Sunday 31st January, 10am - 1pm

Sunday 28th March, 10am - 1pm
Sunday 28th March, 2pm - 5pm

Sunday 30th May, 10am - 1pm
Sunday 30th May, 2pm - 5pm

The Sara Cambell yoga workshops at Alchemy run on specific dates from Friday 22nd January - Sunday 30th May 2010. The first introductory session on 22nd January costs £20.00; all other sessions cost £35.00 each.
