Had a facial (£75 for 55 mins) there a few weeks ago.

Pros & cons breakdown of experience as follows

Pros
Nice atmosphere. The manicure/pedicure lounge looks particularly nice by the window. Polite staff Last minute appointment bookings Clean skin

Cons
Treatment was nothing special. Products used were readily available in Space NK.

Did not seem tailored to my needs.Was put under steam for 20 minutes.

Ridiculous considering treatment is only for 55 minutes, 20 mins of steam is unneccessary, and the therapist had left the room.

At £75, this isn't a particularly budget treatment, hence I am disappointed with the budget service.

No refreshments provided (herbal teas etc)Would I go again? No.
