Those with stong stomachs can get their thrills and chills at the new Saw ride at Thorpe Park. The first ever rollercoaster to be based on a horror film in the UK or anywhere else in the world, Saw: The Ride aims to eb a terrifying experience for all those who dare to strap themselves in. Saw ride at Thorpe Park Putting you at the mercy of the fiendish Jigsaw, the manic character from the Saw horror films, the Saw ride at Thorpe Park puts you through a series of terrifying trails. The rollercoaster features a 100 foot vertical drop, three inversions, and four menacing, spinning saw blades, and reaches speeds of 55 miles per hour. The Saw ride at Thorpe Park is open throughout 2009, and is suitable for adults, and older kids over the age of 12. Adult tickets to Thorpe Park cost £28.00 - £35.00 for adults, and £18.00 - £21.00 for children.
