Feast your eyes on a series of science fiction films at Royal Albert Hall, when the historic venue hosts its alien themed Close Encounters festival.

Close Encounters
Part of a series of special events exploring all things to do with outer space and the possibility of alien life, the science fiction films at Royal Albert Hall include a number of film favourite sure to appeal to all ages. In addition to the film screenings, other events taking place at the iconic venue include a giant crashed space ship installation, planetarium shows, live music, popular science talks and family workshops.

Get dressed up
Get the kids dessed up as little aliens for the family screenings of E.T and watch Steven Spielberg's magical story of the friendship between Elliott and a stranded extraterrestrial unfold on screen. Adults might also choose to come in fancy dress to the screening of Barbarella, one of the science fiction films at Royal Albert Hall where the ticket price also includes an Asahi beer or a soft drink.
