Learn all about the science of beer at the Royal Institution in July as the head of O'Hanlons Brewing Co. shares the secrets behind making Britain's favourite tipple. Joining up with the scientists from the Royal Institution, the brewers will show you the way to make the perfect pint and give you a chance to try it out in a tasting session too. Featured beers on the evening will be the mild golden Yellowhammer that has a zesty pineapple and banana fruitiness, the Dry Stout which is a cross over stout, and the Royal Oak, which is a premium copper coloured ale. Hosted by award winning beer wrieter Adiran Tierney Jones, insights into the science of beer will be provided by chief brewer Alex Bell. If you would like to book tickets for the Science of Beer evening, phone 020 7409 2992 for more information.
