Search Canary Wharf for a series of clues in order to discover the secret location for a free party and spend the night enjoying gourmet food, cocktails and swing music.

Countdown
Giving you just three hours to find all the clues and solve the puzzle of where the party is being held, Search Canary Wharf is one of three events taking place in East London as part of the Search Party treasure hunt. The event takes place during the Cultural Olympiad Open Weekend, which marks the one year countdown until the 2012 London Olympics.

City sleuths
Turning the city into an urban playground with a number of hidden clues to be decoded, Search Canary Wharf puts you through a number of challenges in your search for the secret party location. Do the cha-cha on a rooftop, examine the underbelly of a Routemaster's engine, get a lesson in the history of tea and trek through hidden gardens as part of the quest.

Party location
At the end of Search Canary Wharf there's the chance to attend a free party where you can get cooking with Jamie's Ministry of Food or dance to a live swing band. There's also gourmet food available as well as exclusive cocktails, so you can toast a successful treasure hunt.

Search Canary Wharf takes place as part of Search Party on Saturday 23rd July 2011. The starting point is the Museum of London Docklands. The event is free, but you mush register in advance at the link below. A limited number of spaces are also available on the day from 2pm.
