The fourth and final film in the series featuring Shrek, Donkey, Princess Fiona and a cast full of fairytale creatures, Shrek Forever After at IMAX is filling up the biggest cinema screen in the UK with the latest in state of the art 3D technology. Expect plenty of colourful action and comedy to come leaping right out of the screen as our heroes face new adventures and challenges in the land of Far, Far Away.

The story
Return to the land of Far, Far Away at the Shrek Forever After at IMAX screenings, which sees Shrek settled as a family man but longing to feel like a real ogre once more. Tricked into signing a pact with the smooth talking but shifty character Rumpelstiltskin, Shrek is transported to an alternative reality where he must keep all his wits about him if he is to be reunited with his friends and his true love, Princess Fiona.

Keep an ear out for a host of celebrity voiceovers at the Shrek Forever After at IMAX, as the film stars a range of instantly recognisable voices. Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz return as the voices of Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona, and the film also stars Antonio Banderas as Puss in Boots and Julie Andrews as the queen.

3D fever
Sure to be a 2010 highlight for many a movie buff, Shrek Forever After follows films such as StreetDance, Avatar, Alice in Wonderland and Clash of the Titans as the latest film to be released in 3D format. Tickets for the screenings at the state of the art BFI IMAX cinema are likely to be in high demand, so make sure you book your seat in advance to avoid disappointment.
