Taking over Earls Court for five days of action packed winter sports, the Ski and Snowboard Show London event aims to be the next best thing to actually heading up the mountain and going off-piste yourself.

Winter sports showcase
With an array of interactive features at this year's Ski and Snowboard Show, London winter sports lovers can get stuck into a variety of special events. From the chance to see some of the best in the business on the slopes to expert advice on how to get a job working at a ski resort, there's plenty to keep everyone happy at the show.

Trespass Hip Kicker
One of the highlights of the 2011 Ski and Snowboard Show London event will be the special appearance of the Trespass Hip Kicker with Avis. This massive indoor slope will be pushing riders to their limits as they compete against each other and show off their best moves.

Apres ski bar
If you haven't managed to get out of the city and onto the slopes yet this year then fear not, the Les 3 Vallees Resort Bar and Whistler Apres Ski Bar features live acoustic music and a kitchen where you can get in the mood for winter with an array of seasonal treats. And fans of the their food will be able to sample an array of treats from around the globe in the World Food Pavilion.

Big Air Competition
While all the winter sports fashion shows, fondue and seminars are bound to be popular, for many the highlight Ski and Snowboard Show London event will be the British Invitational Championships Competition, which sees the best British freestyle skiers and snowboarders take to the 50 foot ramp to compete for glory. Live MCs will talk you through every cab 10 and double rodeo as the athletes put on an action packed display.

The Ski and Snowboard Show London event runs from Wednesday 19th October - Sunday 23rd October 2011. Opening times are 11am - 7pm Wednesday, 11am - 10pm Thursday and Friday, 10am - 7pm Saturday and 10am - 6pm Sunday.

Standard adult tickets cost £10.00 - £14.00 in advance and £14.00 - £18.00 on the day. Tickets for children aged 11 - 16 cost £4.00 - £6.00 in advance and £5.00 - £7.00 on the day. Kids under 11 go free. For more information and to purchase tickets, click on Buy Tickets button.
