Perfect for kids who dream of being a dinosaur hunter, the children's sleepovers at Natural History Museum are an increasingly popular event.

Dino Snores
Giving kids the chance to explore the famous museum after dark and go on a torch lit tour of some of the dinosaur exhibits, the sleepovers at Natural History Museum are bound to be a memorable experience for any child fascinated with the long extinct giant lizards. The Dino Snores sleepover takes place underneath the huge fossilized skeleton of the Diplodocus that can be seen in the Central Hall of the museum.

Special events
Activites and events that take place during the sleepovers at Natural History Museum include a torch lit tour of the museum, where kids can come face to face with the awe inspiring Tyrannosaurus Rex fossilized skeleton. There are also talks by Natural History Museum experts, film screenings, and much more.

Breakfast
After a night spent dreaming of dinoaurs in the Central Hall, the sleepovers at Natural History Museum conclude with a breakfast and more fun events and activities before the museum opens up to the public on Sunday. Kids can also take home souvenirs of their night spent exploring the museum after dark and making new friends.

The next event in the sleepovers at Natural History Museum series takes place from 7pm - 9.50am, Friday 15th September 2011.

Tickets cost £46.00 per person for non members of the museum. There must be a minimum of five children and one adult in your group.
