Get ready for a day of fun packed sporting activities for Sport Relief at The Scoop, in a grown up version of the school sports day.
Sports day fun
Get ready to run, skip, hop and jump through a series of sports related challenges for Sport Relief at The Scoop, when the popular amphitheatre on the South Bank pulls out all the stops to raise money for charity. Money raised from the event will be sent to help Comic Relief charities that support poor and vulnerable people in the UK and across across the world, so you can be certain that all your efforts will make a real difference to those that need help the most.
Get active
As well as raising money for charity, the special events for Sport Relief at The Scoop are a great excuse to fit some exercise into your lunchbreak. Previous Comic Relief events at The Scoop have seem teams of four take part in old favourites such as the egg and spoon race, the sack race and the three legged race, so get ready for more madcap mayhem for Sport Relief.

Sporting events
Taking place over lunchtime, the sports day actitivies at The Scoop include Didi Car racing and human table football. There's also healthy fast food available if you need to refuel quickly before heading back to work.
The special events for Sport Relief at The Scoop takes place from 12pm - 2pm, Friday 23rd March 2012. Admission is free. You can come as part of a team or as an individual, and there is no need to reserve a space in advance.
