Spots v Stripes Games London

Spots v Stripes Games London

When

10am - 6pm, Saturday 11th September - Sunday 12th September 2010

Where

Leicester Square, Jubilee Gardens and Potters Fields

Take part in a series of giant games and general mayhem at Cadbury's Spots and Stripes Games. London fun lovers can take part in a series of joyfully childish games when the Spots and Stripes tour comes to the capital.

Giant games
Celebrating the role of Cadbury as the official treat provider to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Spot v Stripes Games London event harks back to the days when your whole social life was arranged around games of British Bulldog and Hop Scotch. The festival of play aims to bring the joys of competing in games such as thumb wrestling to a whole new audience at events in Leicester Square, Jubilee Gardens and Potters Fields.

Eyeball and Slide Dunk
Highlights of the Spots v Stripes Games London competitors are bound to enjoy include Eyeball, which involves standing on a pillar and dodging a giant wrecking ball. There's also the Slide Dunk game, a new twist on basketball where you have to net a ball while sliding down a chute.

How to play
To take part in the Spots v Stripes Games London tour, all you have to do is decide whether you want to belong to the spot team or stripe team, and then head to the venues for a day's worth of fun and frolics. The games will be appearing at the Thames Festival as a welcome addition to all the other family friendly entertainment to be enjoyed.
