Huge Broadway success
Those fortunate enough to get their hands on Spring Awakening tickets will be treated to the musical adaptation of Frank Wedekind’s groundbreaking play from the 1890’s, as the tale of teenage sexual awakening comes to the Novello Theatre. Musical adaptation
Adapted by celebrated writer Steven Sater and songwriter Duncan Sheik, Spring Awakening keeps the tale in its original setting, combining the much-loved tale with a score of superb contemporary songs. Spring Awakening brings the agony, angst and excitement of youths on the cusp of adulthood to the Novello Theatre, promising a powerful and passionate tale that should have theatre-goers in raptures.

Award winning musical
The same production ran from 2006 on Broadway and regularly won awards, including a Grammy for the alt-rock and folk score when it was released as an album in 2008. The tale of three children exploring their burgeoning adulthood has struck a chord with theatre-goers across the pond and now it’s set to do exactly the same with those in the West End.
