Choose from the likes of pickled Orkney herring with dill and hot wasabi dressing, potted Hebridean crab meat with toasted sourdough bread, mini roast haggis with mash and neeps, organic salmon with wilted leeks and seaweed relish, grass fed Aberdeenshire rib eye steak with salsa verde and treacle and sultana steamed pudding with lemon custard.
