With a parade leading the way in the celebrations for St Patricks Day in Brent 2012, the wealth of music, dance and great live performances means there is plenty to get excited about for St Patricks Day in Brent.

St Patricks Day parade
The St Patricks Day parade sets off from Willesden Green station at 2pm, and heads off along Willesden High Road to the library where there will be even more fun for everyone to enjoy. Known for driving the snakes from Ireland, St Patrick will be honoured in the 2012 parade with plenty of floats and marchers, and the parade will be lead by traditional Irish live music too.

Hang around after the St Patricks Day parade as the Willesden Green Library hosts an afternoon and evening of Irish themed fun and events. There's Irish storytelling and performances to keep the little ones entertained, and an Irish food and gift market to entertain the adults.

The Brent events for St Patricks Day run from 2pm - 7.30pm, with the parade starting at Willesden Green tube station and continuing to Willesden Green Library on Saturday 17th March 2012. The events are free to attend.
