The 2010 party at the Irish Cultural Centre looks set to be a real treat for those who want to have a proper knees up on St Patricks Day. London events provide the perfect opportunity for a great time if you find yourself away from your Irish homeland come St Patricks Day, and the Irish Cultural Centre is getting in on the action with energetic tunes from Donal Murphy, Gino Lupari and Steve Cooney to get you up on the dance floor. For 2009, if you wanted to check out an irreverant homage to one of Ireland's most recognisable mythical exports then you needed to look no further than Leprechaun in the Hood, the rap hip hop caper starring Ice-T; the Barbican screened the film at 8.45pm at Thursday 26th March 2009 with live comedy commentary. And on Sunday 15th March 2009, there were three free film screening at BAFTA and the Imperial War Museum as part of the Irish Film Festival.
